Lo so, è vero, da un pezzo è stato mandato in onda. Mi scuso quindi per non averlo fatto presente prima.
Tuttavia, quello che vi propongo è una serie di due video che vedono protagonista Daniele Seccarecci allo Huston PRO dell'anno scorso. In definitiva, la trasmissione "Il testimone" in onda su MTV e presentata da pif ha fatto una intera puntata dedicata, a modo suo, al culturismo. La scelta è ricaduta su Daniele, il quale ho mostrato ovviamente in questi video il suo gran cuore e la sua simpatia.
Per ripercorrere le fasi salienti del video, ci troviamo in prima battuta a casa di nostro bodybuilder a Taranto, dove seguiamo brevemente due suoi allenamenti e vediamo un pò di pasti (piccoli perchè vicino alla competizione). Spiata un pò la sua vita, ci ritroviamo a Huston, TX, per il gran giorno (i gran giorni...), ripercorriamo la sua visita sia da Dave Palumbo che lo ha seguito nella preparazione, sia al mallo ed all'albergo. Abbiamo poi modo di vivere con lui il dramma della caduta il giorno del prejudging e quindi il problema al tricipite.
Insomma ragazzi, è un piccolo spaccato della vita di Daniele, al quale mando un grande saluto e faccio tanti auguri per le prossime competizioni, Ciao Daniele!
Seccarecci ha una mole imponente, 1,88 x oltre 130 kg non passano certo inosservati, ma non può assolutamente aspirare a buoni piazzamenti con un paio di braccia esili come le attuali. E i giudici lo penalizzano di conseguenza.
Anke la separazione è carente, mentre accettabile è la vascolarizzazione.
Positivo il fatto ke non abbia l'addome gonfissimo (tipo Badell o Coleman) ma gli servirebbe molto più spessorenel dorso e nei femorali, infine gli avambracci sono scarsi.
Forse un buon culturista a casa nostra, ma in USA ha poche chances.
Il mio è solo un giudizio di competenza estetica, nulla da eccepire sulla persona.

purtroppo sergio ha colto nel segno,le braccia di daniele lasciano davvero a desiderare...d'altro canto dev'essere difficilissimo riempire leve così lunghe,perfino atleti del calibro di dennis wolf trovano difficoltà(almeno a giudicare dal miglioramento pressocchè inesistente delle sue braccia fra 2007 e 200.Per la schiena stesso discorso.Cmq penso che daniele qui in europa(non solo in italia)sia un ottimo atleta...che dire...senza dubbio l'aria d'oltreoceano gli farebbe davvero bene,ma non tutti hanno queste possibilità...cmq per adesso daniele è davvero giovane,magari in futuro riuscurà a colmare le sue lacune e a prendersi qualche soddisfazione...

Dire che Daniele ha delle braccia esili, significa parlare del senso assoluto del termine. Pif le aveva esili. Diciamo invece che, con delle braccia così lunghe è difficile riempirle in maniera opportuna, vuoi per una difficoltà oggettiva o per altro. Tuttavia, ditemi chi, anche negli States, non ha di questi problemi, Cutler è diventato Mr.O con un bicipite vistosamente più grosso di un altro, Johnnie Jackson ha una lacuna ancora maggiore. Daniele è giovane e sull'ottima strada, io credo che con degli accorgimenti mirati ad alcune parti possa fare molto meglio, sono felice dunque che si possa per adesso parlare solo del suo comparto braccia

assolutamente,caro ricca,ma come tu ben sai(anzi come tu puoi insegnarmi) la cosa piu importante è la simmetria...un gruppo molto indietro rispetto ad altri è duro da riequilibrare...cmq non è detto che nn possa riempire le braccia xkè è alto,ricordo un certo paul dillet che...non aggiungo altro.Sicuramente,in fin dei conti,hai ragione,poter parlare di lacuna (evidente)solo delle braccia in un 29enne significa che,come ho detto nel recente post,c'è ampio margine temporale per un grande miglioramento...che dire...dacci sotto daniele!!!p.s. buon allenamento anche a te,sto periodo è massacrante!
Infatti, ciò che volevo sottolineare è il fatto che Daniele non ha delle lacune riscontrabili solo in lui e non negli atleti USA, ha delle lacune, che credo e spero saprà colmare. A quel punto faremo i conti con le posizioni che gli spetteranno, come dici tu, è giovane...
